Our Black Sesame is freshly roasted and finely ground to unlock a velvety, nutty aroma. Paired with the bouncy, chewy KiuKiu texture, this combination is pretty special. Mix is ready in 5 minutes; just add butter/oil, eggs, and milk (or dairy free and vegan alternatives). Made from California-grown rice and naturally gluten-free, our mixes are crafted in small batches in San Diego. Each 16oz pack makes ~16 mochi pancakes / 6 waffles total. Leftovers freeze very well and are excellent toasted for a quick snack! Serving suggestion: Butter, maple syrup, and your favorite fruits
