We’ve paired fermented ghost peppers with the lemon flavors of Maqaw peppercorns, an indigenous mountain berry that’s wild harvested in Taitung County, Taiwan. We’ve also added locally grown grapefruit to dial up the citrus punch, and then balanced it with the sweetness of caramelized sweet potatoes.
